Discussion (green-discussion.html)

Use this page to post a schedule for your discussion forum in E-Jones. Make sure to include a link to your discussion forum. You may want to list guidelines to begin the discussion and requirements for participation.

You may find it necessary to "cut" the action in the discussion to keep everyone on task. Set a time limit.

Suggest to students assigned to roles that they may want to interact as a group outside of the discussion forum, before presenting information to the entire class.

This page includes a table that can be used to organize information about the upcoming discussion or the posting of the results of the Role Play/ Case Study.


To add text to the Discussion Assignment:


Using Dreamweaver, just click in the empty cells and begin typing.

Using HTML, look for the section of code that looks like this,
"<td width="78%">&nbsp;</td>".

Replace the "&nbsp;" with your new text.

If you do not want to use the table, delete the entire thing.

In Dreamweaver, click the table and press "Delete" on your keyboard.

Using HTML, delete all code between "<table>" and "</table>".
