The Academy for Teaching Excellence and the Metropolitan
State College of Denver, presents Using Templates, e-learning design shortcuts
based on instructional design. This online workshop is intended for faculty
and staff involved in the design, development or revision of online education.
This
workshop acts as a step-by-step tutorial on how to use the third of five
templates developed by the Academy to assist faculty with creating their
own online courses.

that this workshop will be used as a reference while using the course
templates to design online courses. It is not expected that you will complete
this course in a single sitting. Use the workshop outline on the left
