Syllabus Instructions (green-syllabus.html)

Follow these steps to complete the Syllabus web page.

1. Page Header
Retype the course numbers and titles at the top of the page.

2. Course Info
Insert the course information next to the labels already typed on the page.

3. Learning Objectives
Use the table provided to complete the objectives. Inserting text into a table instructions are provided to help with the process.

4. Textbook
Retype the name of the textbook. The name is already linked to textbook.html.

5. Contact the Instructor
Replace the sample text with your personal information. Update the links for your course pages and e-mail.

6. Grading Policies
Insert the text for your grading polices where "List Policies Here" is indicated on the template. Replace the sample text in the table formatted for the grading scale.

7. Course Policies
Insert the text for your course polices where "Insert the Course Policies here" is indicated on the template.

8. Course Schedule
Replace the sample text in the table with details from your own course. Make sure to update any links to match your course pages. The template has room for 10 weeks of instruction, if more is needed you will need to add rows to the table.

9. Required Behaviors
This section contains suggested text you may want to leave for your students. It includes links to tutorials on using the E-Jones system and MSCD online education.

10. Technical Requirements
This section contains suggested text you may want to leave for your students. It includes parameters set by E-Jones for using their system. If you use any special plug-ins or software for your course web site, add those specifications here. Remember to include instructions and links to download additional software.
