Proposal For a New Alternative Cancer Treatment Non-Profit Research Organization
Introduction The vast majority of cancer research organizations in America were originally funded and/or organized by orthodox medicine (e.g. the pharmaceutical industry) and are only interested in researching and promoting orthodox treatments for cancer. Some, such as the American Cancer Society, have as a primary motive to destroy alternative medicine and to divert funds from alternative medicine research. Many of them have an ulterior goal for their organizations (i.e. duplicity) of increasing the control of orthodox medicine over the medical community and on cancer research. There are several alternative cancer treatment research organizations. Unfortunately, most of these are administered by orthodox doctors or orthodox medical schools. Because these people generally do not believe in the value of alternative cancer treatments, perhaps because they depend on information from government or orthodox medicine, any possible value of the organization for true alternative cancer treatment research is totally negated. Of those non-profit organizations that are run by true believers in alternative treatments for cancer, all of them, with the possible exception of the Life Extension Foundation (http://www.lef.org), that I know of, are very poorly funded and have little, if any, funds for research of any kind. Of these, the Cure Research Foundation (a.k.a. The Cancer Cure Foundation), which is run by G. Edward Griffin, author of World Without Cancer, is probably the best and most effective (www.cancure.org). The Proposed Goals of the New Organization What this proposal will outline is a non-profit organization that is eventually funded well-enough to accomplish the following goals: Maintain a web site of significant value to the general public in terms of both preventing cancer and treating cancer with alternative treatments. While to some degree "www.cancertutor.com" already does this, it will take years, working alone, for a few hours a week, to get this web site anywhere near where it needs to be to significantly benefit the public. However, not only is time an issue, but I will never have the financial resources to do many of the things that need to get done to gather enough information to truly convince people (and perhaps judges in court cases) of the value of alternative cancer treatments. At the current time, many of the best articles and information about alternative treatments are on vendor-sponsored sites. Such sites virtually always focus on the benefits of their products and do not present a "big picture" of alternative cancer treatments. Advertise the organization's web site and/or literature in the mass media. Currently, very few members of the general public have any clue of the value of alternative treatments for cancer. Thus they make no effort to learn about them. Our corrupt media (i.e. Big Pharma) has total control over what most people know about medicine. The web site, and/or literature, of this organization, must be advertised to achieve any level of success at getting people to know the truth. To be blunt, without a significant amount of advertising, the proposed organization would be a waste of someone's money. As a direct result of the above item, the more "hits" this organization's website gets, the more staff it will need to answer emails. Even though my current website gets only a small number of hits, I spend a great deal of time answering emails. I have little motivation to get more "hits" until I can get some help answering emails. Do internet research on medical discoveries that can aid in fine-tuning (i.e. supercharging) known or proposed alternative treatments for cancer. This would also include information helpful in combining multiple treatments together. Do medical journal research for exactly the same purpose as internet research. Proactively gather, organize and publish on the web site the detailed testimonials of many people cured of their cancer with alternative treatments. Most testimonials currently on the internet are requested by vendors of health products. Thus, many types of treatments, which are based on foods that can be obtained at a health food store or grocery store (e.g. Breuss Diet, Raw Food Diet, Grape Cure Diet, etc.), are poorly represented on the internet both in terms of information and testimonials. This project may evolve into the most important of all of the goals of the new organization. As part of this project, certain statistics will also be gathered. The first person hired by this organization would probably be hired to gather testimonials. As a side note, much work in this area, and on other areas of this web site, would need to be done before any advertizing is done. Gather and digitize published or unpublished books and major articles on alternative treatments for cancer. This library would be digitized to make it easier to protect the information with off-site backups and to allow keyword searches of the information. The digitizing would most likely be done by students during their summer vacations. Gather and cold store significant treatment products used to treat cancer. Many treatment products have been lost to the world due to persecution of government agencies and the AMA. For example, the Rife Machine (plus how it was used), the original Essiac formula, etc. are lost forever. As just one recent example, in October 2001 an Aloe Vera concentrate (Albarin) was utterly destroyed by the FDA, at the request of one of the pharmaceutical companies (see: http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2002/apr2002_report_clinic_02.html). The reason for storing products is to preserve their formulas/product composition in case the product is made unavailable for any reason. In other words, the ingredient information gathered from collecting these products is not gathered to compete with the vendors of these products, nor to make public their ingredient composition, but to preserve the nutrient information in case the product becomes unavailable. Only at that time would the ingredients be analyzed and published on the web site or elsewhere. Many current products are very fragile in terms of their ability to survive government corruption. (Optional) Gather and cold store foreign and domestic herb seeds that have been shown to be beneficial to cancer treatments. The purpose of this is also preservation. Some of these seeds would likely be donated to agriculture colleges (such as Kansas State University) on condition that they grow and breed these herbs and provide us with the information of what they learned (we, of course, would publish this information on the web site, which would be allowed as part of the original contract). A legal fund which would be used to defend alternative treatments for cancer in court. This legal fund would not be for political action, there are other organizations that fund political action issues. However, staff members of this proposed organization may work with political action organizations on an ad hoc basis. This fund is for court costs to join other organizations or to spearhead legal actions, either for defense or to file suit. It would also be used for researching information to help in a specific court case. Most of this fund would not be kept in the bank, but would be based on verbal commitments by donors to the proposed organization. If and when funding exists, a great deal of actual lab work needs to be done. For example, testing newly discovered phytochemicals to see if they kill cancer cells, detecting how many molecules of a phytochemical are needed to kill a cancer cell, calculating how many molecules of a phytochemicals actually get into a cancer cell when using a specific type of treatment protocol, determining which phytochemicals bind to glucose, which bind to folic acid, to cinnamon, etc., are all critical issues in proving the value of alternative treatments for cancer. The actual testing would likely be done at universities, though it is possible staff could eventually be hired for this purpose. While the focus of this organization is on cancer treatments, when opportunities are incidentally discovered for other degenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's, the information and/or products related to these degenerative diseases would also be collected and publicized. Due to the fact that Big Pharma and its confederates have dozens of well-funded web sites that bash alternative cancer treatments, there simply cannot be enough non-profit alternative cancer treatment web sites that are not biased and can present facts without wondering if the truth will affect profits. Funding The initial funding for this organization cannot be accomplished by collecting $100 and $200 contributions. I have neither the time nor resources to do that. It will take one or more families of significant means to insure such an organization is funded well into the future. Furthermore, the new organization needs to be organized in such a way that it will survive the death or incapacitation of any single staff member, such as the Executive Director. This requires an active, not a passive, Board of Directors. The Board Members of the new organization must be well aware of the "war" between our corrupt government and alternative medicine, and must be willing to join this war as active "soldiers." They must measure the potential consequences of being involved in this battle, and make the commitment.
