Some SCACooking related links

Caerthes Cooks Guild
offers a glimpse at what the local (Denver, CO area) cooks guild is doing.

Dr. Thomas Gloning's site
has wonderful resources, transliterations, lists of books... in his own words.
This site is dedicated to the study of historical texts on cookery, food, nutrition and dietetics. At present, the main aim is to make available helpful material. I am particularly interested in the linguistic features and the textual history of German culinary and dietetic texts up to 1800 and of their early European counterparts in England, Italy, France, Spain, Catalonia, Portugal and the Northern countries.

Master Huen's Boke of Gode Cookery
is a wonderful site full of medival recipes, links, and information.

Stefan's Florilegium
is a fantastic resource on almost any medival subject. The text is from various discussion groups.

Recreational Medievalism
gets you access to the "Miscellany", samples of cookbooks looking for translation, and much more.
