WELCOME!
Kathryn A. Marold, Ph.D.
I am a professor emeritus of
Computer Information Systems at Metro. I taught
courses in GUI programming, information systems, microcomputer software. I helped develop several online
Internet versions of our department
courses and worked to help the department obtain its initial ABET
accreditation.
I taught classes in the Visual Basic
programming language,
Systems Development with GUI Tools,
CIS 2010
Foundations of Information Systems for Business, beginning and advanced
Multimedia Systems Development for Business, and
Advanced Computer
Applications for Business. I have removed the links to Web materials, but you may email me if you wish to access them.
My first love was always the
classroom, but I also enjoy research and writing.
For recreation and relaxation, I enjoy biking and hiking in the beautiful
mountains of my home state of Colorado, and in the surrounding Southwest.
