Bob, June 1999

This is a photo of my best friend, Bob.  He is a Springer Spaniel mix, but I don't know what he's mixed with (I suspect he's half Springer and half raw energy).  Bob was born on or about 15 April 1998 and I adopted him from the Denver Animal Shelter in early November 1998.  Bob's turn-ons include: taking naps; anything that stinks; chasing birds; looking out the front bay window (see below); chasing tennis balls and Frisbees; and chewing on anything vaguely resembling something edible (his definition of edible varies greatly from my own).  His major turn-offs are: loud noises; getting his nails clipped, and riding in the car (imagine that, I never before met a dog that didn't like riding in the car).  Bob is immensely friendly and loves people.
